28th February 2019, 7pm. Free admission, all welcome. CAST Café Supper from 6pm, something hot and something sweet from £8, no need to book .

In Our Hands is a documentary that explores the quiet revolution transforming the way our food is produced and distributed, a global movement to take back control of the food system.

This one hour documentary tells the stories of farmers and journeys across the fields of Britain, past orchards of forgotten fruit and through fields of ancient grains.

The screening will be followed by a Q&A session and panel discussion, with representatives from Trevelyan Farm and Transition Helston.

CAST Café events complement CAST’s own arts programming. The programme includes acoustic gigs, films about sustainable food production and environmental issues, talks and readings, all accompanied by CAST Café supper. See the CAST Café website for further details.
